Inside the Phonics Intervention Program
Built on student data. Backed by research. Designed for real change.
This kindergarten phonics intervention isn’t just effective-it’s intentional.
At its core, this program zeroes in on the critical early literacy skills that make the biggest impact: letter-sound identification, phoneme blending and segmenting, and decoding simple words. Every instructional decision is driven by student performance data, ensuring no time is wasted and every minute is purposeful.
Here’s what sets it apart:
Data-Based Grouping: Students are grouped based on targeted skill deficits-not grade level or generalized benchmarks-so instruction is truly personalized.
Short, Focused Sessions: Each 15-minute session meets students where they are and helps them take the next step-whether that’s isolating initial sounds or spelling CVC words with confidence.
Responsive Structure: Instruction is adjusted regularly based on data reviews, allowing students to exit, remain in, or enter Tier 2 support as needed.
Embedded Collaboration: Built to work with classroom teachers, not in isolation. Teachers are part of the process, and instruction enhances what’s already happening in Tier 1-not replacing or competing with it.
Evidence-Aligned Methods: Rooted in the Science of Reading and designed with input from literacy experts, the program reflects what we now know about how children learn to read.
This is early intervention at its best-efficient, strategic, and made for schools that want to do better for their earliest readers. Click here to start making changes!
Inside the Speech Sound Intervention Program
Early support. Lasting impact. No red tape.
This Tier 2 speech sound program is a proactive solution for kindergarteners with sound errors-students who often fall through the cracks while waiting for formal evaluations or IEP eligibility.
Built by a school-based SLP with deep expertise in both speech development and literacy, the program is designed to close gaps before they require long-term special education support.
Here’s what makes it different:
Fast-Acting & Focused: Students receive brief (5-10 minute), highly targeted sessions 2-3 times per week. These are individual or very small group sessions tailored to specific speech sound errors.
Data-Driven Enrollment: Students are identified through a universal screening process at the beginning of the year, ensuring early identification without the delay of a formal evaluation.
Multisensory Method: Every session integrates visual, auditory, and tactile feedback so students can see, hear, and feel correct sound production-accelerating learning and generalization.
No IEP Required: Because this intervention is part of the school’s MTSS framework, students don’t need a formal diagnosis or paperwork trail to receive help. It's speech support without the wait.
Real Results: Most students achieve full remediation within just a few hours of total therapy-compared to the lengthy time needed through IEP-based models. These gains are durable and lasting, often preventing future referrals entirely.
This is how we get in front of speech sound disorders-and reduce special ed referrals-without sacrificing quality or outcomes. The result? A streamlined caseload for SLPs and better long-term results for kids.
It’s everything speech intervention should be: timely, targeted, and transformational.
